Maxwell Quartet - with students from the Yehudi Menuhin School

Maxwell Quartet

The Maxwell Quartet’s previous visit to Banstead was such a success that we had no hesitation in asking them to return. Classical [Haydn] and contemporary [Roukens] quartets precede Mendelssohn’s Octet, which brings the Festival to a rousing close. For this glorious work the Maxwells, passionate about collaboration with other musicians, will be joined by four students from the Yehudi Menuhin School.

Eloquent performers who bring charisma and a sense of adventure to their programming – New York Times
Superb story-telling from four great communicators – The Strad
